State police say Saturday afternoon they arrested a Richmond man for drug trafficking. 43-year-old Douglas Stevens was pulled over for equipment violations around 3:30 on Colonel Road. Further investigations determined Stevens was driving under the influence. Police also found suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
