SUV Crash Leads to DUI Arrest

Winchester Police say they arrested a woman after she rolled her SUV early this morning. 39-year-old Lynda Abshear lost control of the vehicle on Dorsett Lane. Police say she also slammed into a nearby parked car.  Abshear received a minor cut to her arm. Police charged her with DUI, leaving the scene and driving without insurance.
