State Police Charge Danville Minister with Internet Crime

State police have arrested a youth minister from Danville. 29-year-old Jonathan David Hall was charged with unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual activities. Police say they were notified that the mother of a 15-year-old girl found inappropriate text message and emails sent to her daughter from an unknown person. Lexington police discovered those messages to be coming from Danville. The girl told police she started communicating with the person after he texted her looking for another girl. He claimed to be an 18-year-old University of Kentucky student named Zachary Carter. The girl says she sent the man multiple nude photos at his request. Investigation led police to Jonathan David Hall’s Danville home. There they found other nude photos of what police think are underage girls. Police say Hall came in contact with the girl through church.  Police continue to investigate and say more charges are pending.
