Police in Rockcastle County say a woman has been arrested on 726 felonies, ranging from unlawful access to a computer to misuse of computer information. Karen Mink was arrested on Wednesday night after a 7 month investigation. Police say Mink worked at Cash Express in Mt. Vernon and used customer names to cash fraudulent checks totaling over $40,000 on Cash Express’s account. The businesses owner says no customer information was breeched during the incident.
