Police in Richmond are investigating a shooting. Officers were called to Central Court just before 1 this morning after a resident reported a man was on their front porch saying he had been shot. Police found the 27-year-old with 2 gunshot wounds to his back. He told police he was shot while walking on nearby railroad tracks. Police say he was uncooperative and it’s not clear if he knew who shot him. He was taken to U.K. Hospital for treatment. Police continue to investigate.
