Richmond Man Arrested Sunday on Several Warrants Facing More Charges

Richmond Police say 21-year-old Tyler Gibbs is now charged in connection with a December assault. A man showed up on someone’s front porch with two gunshot wounds on Central Court in the early morning hours of December 7th. The man said he was shot while walking on railroad tracks. He was taken to UK Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Gibbs was identified as one of the suspects in the shooting. He was charged yesterday with solicitation to assault. Charges were also added to Gibbs from a Sunday morning robbery investigation. When officers went to his hotel room, they found a handgun, a small amount of cocaine, a small amount of marijuana and a crack pipe. He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a controlled substance. 19-year-old Brooke Feltner was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a controlled substance.  Another suspect in Sunday’s robbery, William Hill has also been charged with receiving stolen property involving a SUV theft from September.

Richmond Police have arrested 3 men in connection with a robbery investigation. Police were called to O’Roark Avenue around 6 Sunday morning after 3 victims say they were robbed by 4 armed men. The group was in front of an apartment when the men pointed handguns and took several items, including a box containing two handguns and $1100 in cash. Police identified 20-year-old Justin White, 20-year-old Tyler Gibbs and 19-year-old William Hill as suspects. They were charged with 1st degree robbery. Gibbs was also served several outstanding arrest warrants. He was charged with terroristic threatening from January 17th, fleeing or evading police, carrying a concealed weapon and tampering with physical evidence from January 19th, fleeing or evading police involving a harassment complaint on February 8th and failure to appear in court for a 2nd degree robbery indictment on February 12th.
