State Police say just after 11 Friday night, they pulled over a SUV for traffic violations on Water Street in Richmond. Police determined marijuana was in the vehicle. A search was conducted in the car and at the driver’s residence. Police charged 26-year-old David Beverly with trafficking marijuana, trafficking within 1000 yards of a school and cultivating marijuana.
