Kentucky State Police say just after 11 Monday night they were called to Parker Road in southern Lincoln County for a report of a barricaded suspect after a domestic assault. Kentucky State Police Special Response Team was able to remove an 80-year-old bedridden female from the home and began to contact the suspect. Attempts were successful. 53-year-old Timothy Combs was charged with assault, terroristic threatening and fleeing or evading police.
