A grand jury in Madison County has indicted a man accused of beating and murdering his grand grandmother in July 2008. 22-year-old William Cody Tribble confessed to causing the death of 78-year-old Margie Tribble. He was originally charged as a juvenile because he was 17 at the time of the crime but police say he will be tried as an adult.
