Richmond Police say around 6pm Saturday they were called to Robinson Terrace for reports of shots fired. Once there, police found 4 spent 9 mm shell casings on the ground. Witnesses say 21-year-old Auto Becker fired four shots into the air from a vehicle and fled. Police charged Becker with wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence.
