Richmond Police arrested a man for forging 21 stolen checks. 22-year-old Alec Hicks was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and 21 counts of forgery. Police say Hicks took the checks from his former roommate and cashed them at a local bank. They totaled $3860.00.
