Man Arrested in Richmond after Police Force Entry to Apartment

Richmond Police say just after 8 Tuesday evening they were called to Richmond Green Drive for reports of a disturbance. Police say they knocked on a door and didn’t get a response. They also heard a woman screaming. Police forced their way inside where they found a woman on a bedroom floor with a bloody nose and scratches. Police arrested the resident of the home, 39-year-old Garrett Hager. The woman said Hager refused to let her leave and held her down while hitting her. Hager was charged with unlawful imprisonment and assault.
