Richmond Police arrested 50-year-old Terry Caldwell for receiving stolen property. Police say they were called earlier this month about an unoccupied home on Moberly Avenue being broken into. 24 collectable Barbie Dolls worth around $6500 were taken from the home. Follow up investigation identified Caldwell as the suspect. Police determined he was in possession of the dolls and transferred them to a third party shortly after the theft. The dolls were returned to the rightful owner.
