Richmond Police say in the early morning hour Tuesday they were called to Kristin Drive for a domestic assault. Police say 52-year-old Bruce Kelley and a relative had been arguing when Kelley hit the relative in the head with a metal jack handle. The victim was treated and released. Kelley was charged with 2nd degree assault.
