Madison County Schools announced yesterday they named a new Human Resources Director. Dustin Brumbaugh will start the job on July 1st. Brumbaugh is now the principal at Kirksville Elementary, where he has been for the past 4 years. Before that, Brumbaugh was a teacher at Clark Moores Middle School. Madison County Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, Kevin Hub will be replacing Assistant Superintendent of Chief Operations Marvin Welch, who is retiring on June 30th.
