Authorities in Madison County are searching for an inmate who walked away from the Bluegrass Career Development Center this morning. The man has been identified as 33-year-old Russell Helm. Police are searching near the HT Hackeny Company and the Sherwin Williams plant. Helm is a state inmate serving time on drug charges from Carroll County.
