Starting on Wednesday, baseball teams from areas hit hard by last year’s tornado will compete in a baseball tournament at Whitaker Bank Ballpark in Lexington. Tickets to the games are $5 for two games each day. Proceeds benefit the Salvation Army, which will then allocate funds to assist those communities affected by March 2012 tornados. The tournament will last through Saturday.
