Kentucky State Police are investigating a car crash that killed a Lexington man. Police say just before 10:30 Wednesday morning, 33-year-old Jason Grizzell was going north on US 27 in northern Garrard County when his vehicle crossed the center line and hit 31-year-old Islam Ali head on. Grizzell was pronounced dead at the scene. Ali was taken to UK Hospital for treatment.
