Richmond Police say on Friday they were called to Norwood Drive to investigate an assault. A man told police his estranged wife, 38-year-old Tamara Mills, appeared and unlawfully entered his home and assaulted his female visitor. The man was able to push Mills outside the house and locked the door. Mills then broke several windows out and reached inside to unlock the door. When the man told her he had called police, she fled. Police found Mills later at Baptist Health Hospital were she was been treated for minor injuries. She was charged with assault and 2nd degree burglary.
