Estill County Man Arrested for Stealing $900 Worth of Lottery Tickets

Richmond Police say they were called to the Redi Mart on Irvine Road last week for a theft. Employees say a man asked to use the restroom, but instead went into the office and took $900 worth of Kentucky Lottery tickets. Investigation identified 22-year-old David Harrison of Irvine as the suspect. He was located in Estill County by state police and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
