Eastern Kentucky University police say they arrested an 18-year-old freshman for terrorist threatening after a suspicious item was found in Palmer Hall. Police say residence hall staff found a small refrigerator covered with duct tape and a note on it around 4 yesterday afternoon. The dorm was evacuated. Nothing was found in the refrigerator but rotten food. Jacob Walker was arrested in connection with the incident and EKU police say other people could be charged.
