Police in Berea say they arrested 4 on Sunday after they found evidence of meth manufacturing at a North Broadway home. 21-year-old Brian Bolton was charged with manufacturing meth, possession of drug paraphernalia menacing and resisting arrest. 18-year-old Nathan Hisle, 18-year-old Jeffrey Tarter and 34-year-old Jennifer Jackson were all charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing meth.
