Berea Police say they charged 60-year-old Carolyn Horn of Trenton, Ohio with drug trafficking. Police were called to America’s Best Value Inn where they found 169 Hydrocodone tablets and $442 in cash. Also arrested was 34-year-old Phillip Estes of Irvine. Police arrested him in the parking lot of Circle K where they seized a shotgun and a handgun. He was charged with drug trafficking.
