A third person has been indicted in the kidnapping and murder case of Sonsaray Warford and Charles Walker. 33-year-old LeBruce Ellington was indicted on complicity to murder, complicity to kidnap and complicity to burglary. He was also indicted as a persistent felony offender. Ellington and Jermaine Carter were arrested on federal drug trafficking charges last year and gave police information about the murders in exchange for plea deals. Ellington told police that Jakolbe Chenault, who supplied him with cocaine, asked him to hire someone to kill Walker in 2010. Ellington said he was given $10,000 to pay Daniel Keene and Matt Denholm after the couple disappeared. Ellington was given $5,000 for finding the men. Keene confessed to the killings to Richmond Police in March. He and Denholm are both charged with murder, kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
