Police in Mt. Sterling launched “Operation Reclamation,” yesterday. It’s a drug roundup expected to arrest almost 100 drug dealers. Police have been investigating for around a year and a half. It’s the largest drug roundup of its kind in Montgomery County. Arrests have already been made in the drug roundup and as part of Feb. 18th grand jury indictments. Those arrested for trafficking so far are 23-year-old Joshua Ross, 55-year-old William Meech Overstreet, 31-year-old Cassandra Harper, 41-year-old Aletha Clemmons, 37-year-old Teal McPhearson, 32-year-old Felicia Compton, 41-year-old Jerry Conkright and 42-year-old Mike McPhearson.
