Kentucky State Police Trooper Paul Blanton says 2 women were killed this morning and 2 men airlifted out after a crash on Pea Ridge Road in Irvine. It happened around 11 am. Blanton says 23-year-old Darrell Spicer was driving the car with his father, 50-year-old Darrell Spicer in the front and 45-year-old Nancy Moore and her niece, 29-year-old Laura Jones, both in the back. Police are still working at the scene trying to reconstruct the accident. They aren’t sure what happened. Blanton says there were no weather or road hazards and says Spicer may have just drove off the road. The car hit a tree. Moore and Jones were pronounced dead at the scene. The Spicer’s were flown to UK Hospital where their condition is unknown
