  Beginning July 1, 2009 The Health Dept  will ask all visitors and employees to confine smoking and other tobacco use to their private
automobiles. If MCHD employees observe someone smoking outside the buildings, they will ask them to smoke in their car. There are no

  Irvine City Hall will be closed on Friday the 3rd in observance of Independence Day. All garbage that would be picked up that day will be
picked up on Thursday the 2nd.
  Beginning Monday June 22, the Indian Creek Rd in Menifee Co, Forest Service Rd #9 in the Red RIver Gorge, will be closed for

All Clinics will be held on the dates and times at locations indicated above.  Clinics will be operated by various local veterinarians in
conjunction with staff from the Madison County Health Department. Vaccines will cost $ 5.00 each. Please have your animal on a leash or
in a carrier. Clinics will be held regardless of weather conditions.
