Over a pound of marijuana. That’s what deputies in Madison County found at a Waco home. Deputies were conducting a home incarceration inspection on Billy Graham at his Sand Ridge Road home on Wednesday afternoon when they found the drugs. The FBI, Kentucky State Police and Clark County Sheriff’s Office have searched 3 Clark County homes today. Police in Clark County say a man was arrested after a Thursday morning school lockdown. 25-year-old James Andrew Tolson was charged with attempted custodial interference. Police say Tolson went into Central Elementary School claiming he wanted to take his child home. They say Tolson did not have the correct name Richmond Police say they charged 39-year-old Steven Goble for several offenses in connection with employee theft. 93-year-old Frank Walker of Richmond passed away at his home on Sunday. Walker was one of the last surviving pilots of the Tuskegee Airmen of World War II. His funeral will be at 11am Friday at First Baptist Church on Francis Street in Richmond.
